Yonyx Compliment of the Week

Mark Twain said, “I can live two months on one good compliment”

By that measure we have accumulated decades worth of “shelf life” since July 4th 2014, when we enabled the compliment feature in our platform. Call Center Agents pleased with the experience of helping a customer using Yonyx Guides or end-customers of our Clients who publish Yonyx Guides for Customer Self-Service can send Compliments. These Compliments are shared with the Guide Authors and Management via weekly summary reports.
