There are various reasons why customers buy from one company instead of another. Recently, a research has been conducted about this idea and it showed that customers have the tendency to buy from companies that are excellent in providing customer support.

If you are responsive to the customer’s issues, they will appreciate you for being part of their “success” in resolving issues or finding solutions that work to their advantage.

Finally, you should have confidence when dealing with customers. This is one of the things that customers should see in you allowing them to realize that you know what you are doing.
