Here is a short list of things that is necessary for creating an effective and powerful business concept (whether it be for a service or a product):
- FEATURES: When we use the word features, we mean the words we use to help describe the benefits and specifications of your product or service. It’s important to choose strategic feature words that will catch the attention of potential customers. Create triggers in their mind about what features are relevant. Unsurprisingly, a more technical description is often used when describing features.
- BENEFITS: The benefits of a service or product are the ways that you can provide a solution with the service you deliver. Think of benefits as a way to ease customers’ pain. Be sure to give specific examples of what benefits your product or service provides—show exactly how much or how little “pain” it will remove. For example, if you’re offering computer maintenance, be sure to explain how this maintenance will help cut down on down time with a broken computer.
