Yonyx Commands are embedded forms containing various data capture elements, which can be embedded within individual guidance steps of an interactive decision tree.
- Textboxes
- Textarea boxes (for notes)
- Number
- Date
- Time
- Checkbox
- Dropdown List
- Checkbox List
- Radiobutton List
Some of these Yonyx commands can be quite elaborate and consist of multiple form elements. See an example below:
The Yonyx Command above is a form that an agent can fill out to collect information about the benefits a large company offers its employees when looking for insurance customers.
Now, let’s say you need a version of this form for smaller companies, where you don’t want agents asking about 401K and tuition reimbursement since these benefits are less common in smaller companies. So essentially, you would like to use the same form as above, but with a few changes to it, as shown below.
To make this change, you can simply clone the original Yonyx command, and edit the duplicate copy of the command.
Now, just click the minus sign (“-“) in the screenshot below to remove the two benefits you don’t want in the form, and save the command with a new name!
