Data can be stored and utilized in a variety of ways. Yonyx utilizes three different strands of information technology to provide customers with the content they need to enhance their troubleshoot or self-service. These three forms of data are: comprehensive API, DNA or decision-nature architecture and knowledge base. Each of these are interconnected yet work independently. These three collaborate to enhance the customer service experience and are employed in a variety of different ways. Here is an overview of each:
Yonyx enables organizations to create decision tree driven interactive guides for troubleshooting & how-to information for customer self-service.
Comprehensive API – A deeper integration of the established knowledge base system. An efficient means of utilizing data to address calls for call center agents and navigate manuals for customers engaged in an automated troubleshoot.
Decision Nature Architecture – Can be employed with Comprehensive API to isolate and locate resolutions. Provides flexibility for nodes to connect and truly removes limitation from any decision-tree guide.
Knowledge Base – A repository consisting of procedures, rules, data and specifications. Knowledge base encompasses the lump sum of information available. Knowledge bases are constantly expanding. DNA and API are tools used to navigate the knowledge base effectively and bring forth ideal results.
